Lucinda Faulkner, APRN
Lucinda Faulkner is a nurse practitioner with 25 years of experience in dermatology. Born and raised in Covington, Georgia to a physician father and a psychologist/speech pathologist mother, she spent her childhood as a competitive swimmer and then later competitively rode horses. She attended Emory University and the Vanderbilt University School of Nursing, earning her Bachelor of Science in nursing, RN, and then her Master of Science in nursing (nurse practitioner degree), while serving as president of her class.
She quickly discovered her love of dermatology. She appreciates that skin conditions affect all ages and focuses on forging a connection with her patients, developing a lasting relationship of trust and excellent care. She has experience in general dermatology, surgical dermatology, and cosmetic dermatology. Over the years she has been a lifetime learner, attending many prestigious conferences and courses to improve her knowledge base and skill set. When Lucinda is not working, she is walking her dog, Jia, spending time with horses, seeing friends, and fixing up her house.
