Preparing for Your Appointment or Skin Check
Do not apply makeup, moisturizer, or other skin products
Do not apply hair products and come with your hair loose if possible
Bring to your appointment:
Valid Government Issued Photo ID
Insurance Card(s)
Current Medication List
Name and phone number of your primary care physician
Name, address, and phone number of your preferred pharmacy
If you’re having a procedure in the office, it’s okay to eat breakfast and take your medications as usual. If you need to pre-medicate before surgery, you may do so one hour before coming into the office. You can find more information on our page of Pre-Operative Concerns
Our phones are on 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. For prescription refills, changes to appointments, and other similar needs, our staff will respond to voicemail messages left the next business day.
